4:40 pm - June 13, 2004 Saturday...I went to Miss Wilson's/Mrs. Smith's wedding, which was very Catholic indeed. I am extremely...not Catholic. And it was just odd. It was a really pretty ceremony, and the music was beautiful, and her dress...wow. But I was so distracted by not knowing what was going on that I couldn't appreciate it very well. Then I went to Jake's party for about an hour and a half or so. I got to meet Colleen, which was exciting and saw Evan for the first time in a year. But Jordan and I were tired of being eaten alive by the bugs, and I wasn't up for swimming in 74 degree water. Plus, Say was home. So we went to Tommy's. We watched a documentary on the Spelling Bee. (Me, Jordan, Say, Tommy, Logan, and Greg.) And then we attempted to leave the house without actually deciding where we were going. So after some Indy style racing around some neighborhood, we went and got me some fries at McDonald's, and then at Blockbuster, Say jumped out of Greg's car and jumped on Jordan's car on the back. So we drove around for a bit with him on there. Then he jumped off and ran in the other direction and we told Greg to go and pick him up. After a slight altercation with a boy on a moped, we went to see Jordan's new house. But I suppose the most interesting part of the evening was Greg calling me to tell me a story. Apparently, he tried to call my cell phone, but instead, he called my house. He didn't realize this, so when my sister answered, he thought it was me. Thus, he told her he was the Sprint Phone company and asked if her phone was working, and she said yes. So he told her to go and catch it. Then he called Tommy and asked if I had just gotten a call from Sprint, and I said no. So he was confused and I think he figured out what he had done. So he calls my house and my dad answers, who is not very happy. Eventually he tried to explain what was happening and why, but it wasn't good. I tried to explain the whole thing to my dad as well, but he never really said much. So that was good. Today I went to Sunday School and the Bridge, and I got to hear Jonathan sing, and it was wonderful. And since the Alexander family is at the Appointee Dinner and getting their house ready for when the people come to take pictures tomorrow for selling the house, then I am going to Bible Study at PC tonight. I'm going to actually take my Bible! Woo! I'm off to get ready. Love Always, Alison
