I'm going to live in a hotel room for college!
Today was fabulous! I had my registration day at UIndy, and it was...wonderful.

I got there and opened my packet and what did I see? Dang straight, I got into Central! So when I went to see what it looks like, I about died. It's wonderful. Not only do we have our own toilet and HUGE sink and countertop, we have our own shower. I never have to leave the room! It's like...living in a hotel...decorated in pink and orange with Orlando Bloom posters! And I have a kitchen and a living room area. And two other suitemates not counting Susan. I was so excited. I hope we're on the Honors floor, because that means we get REALLY BIG closets.

I had to take a Spanish placement test. There were 40 questions, and if you answered 12 right, you tested into 102. If you got 21 right, you tested into 201. I was hoping for 20. No, I got 27. I guessed on like, half of them! Which means I'm going to be in a hard Spanish class, and I haven't had it in two years! I'm screwed.

We kinda got my schedule under control. Since my focus is on Occupational Therapy, I have to take *BLECH* science classes, and lots of them. So this put me in Biology and Chemistry first semester. Shoot me now! Along with my Honors English class or possibly Honors Readings in Christianity (I love this school.) Also I have my two core Psych classes *Praise God* as well as a music theory class, I believe...which should be...just rough, or not. I'm going to try to take a piano class, as well. I might have to take either World History or College Algebra and Trig. if one of those other classes falls through. But I had the first session, so I should be okay.

I've got lots of errands to run tomorrow, get my hair cut, go to my tennis banquet, and get myself to Kim's party as well. Lovely. I've been spending the latter part of the evening looking up hotels and seeing what we could do in Denver or Colorado Springs. I took initiative at least. I am figuring out what to do with my checkbook, as well. I'm growing up so fast...except I've never had a job, which could be a hindrance. But hey, my mom has connections with OTs who all want me to come and intern with them. I'll be fine.

I'm off!

Love Always,

Alison
