Wimbledon!
Sheesh it takes forever to get in to add an entry sometimes.

Friday was fun...particularly the banquet. But it did feel good to get my hair cut. It's much better now. At the banquet, I ate with the doubles girls and Gabe. Found out Al's exciting news, which I was glad for her to hear...but also kinda weirded out by the fact that I was happy...never mind. Meg and I won the Big Kahuna award, which means we won the most sets this year at the score of 6-1. All six Varsity seniors won the Senior leadership award. And I got two different Academic All-State awards (IHSTECA and ICGSA) as well as All-Conference and Academic All-Conference. I cleaned up.

Then I went and watched the insane game of wiffleball at Kim's and stayed there for a while.

Saturday I went to King's Island with Joshua, Lindsay, and Jordan. It was fun. I got burnt horribly on my upper shoulders. It's incredibly painful. None of the rest of my sunburn hurts like this, but oh well. We went to the waterpark and rode a couple of rides in the actual park. It was a good time. I got kinda ill on the way home, but it was fixed eventually.

That night I went to Natalie's birthday party. We played Blurt and Taboo and had a good time. Jim and I got to talk for a while about the upcoming school year. I'm glad he's going there. It will be fun. We hope that our rooms are across the lawn from each other, haha.

Yesterday I was too tired to make it to the Bridge, and I only went to Bible Study that night. But it was fun. Six girls and Matt...who was so uncomfortable, but it was funny. He still did fine. I climbed out the window and proceeded to frighten Kim when I came back in.

Today...I went and got Wendy's, but I've mostly been watching Wimbledon and going on a search for my Vioxx throughout the house, which I eventually found hidden under a bunch of samples of Casie's medicine in the bathroom. Oh well.

Tonight is School Board Scholar's, so I will be there with the fam bam and Jordan for a portion of the evening. Then I don't know what is going on.

I did get to talk to Susan yesterday, which was good. We talked of Hawaii and my orientation. Hers is tomorrow and we're going to chat after that's over so we can start figuring out the room and shopping and everything else.

Well, I'm off.

Love Always,

Alison
