Three years...a week early
Here comes the storm...I hear it.

After my School Board Scholars meeting on Monday, Jordan and I...went to Say's house. We watched Dodgeball with Tommy and Scott and then kinda just sat around and talked for a while afterward.

Tuesday...Jordan and I went out to dinner with my family at Olive Garden. We had a ridiculous amount of food, but it was fun. After that was over, we went to see Dodgeball at Legacy. Which was just as funny the second time around.

Wednesday we celebrated our three-year anniversary. It's not really until next Thursday, but this was the only day we had open. He planned the evening and told me it was a surprise and to be ready at 4:30, dressed up. So at 4:22, he picked me up and we drove downtown. We walked to the canal and walked around down there for a while. We thought about getting on one of the gondolas, but eventually decided against it because they were being guided by "pirates." Yeah, whatever.

So then we moved on to the mall because we were both becoming kinda warm. We were in the bookstore for a while, as well as Old Navy. I could have bought a bathing suit for freaking fifteen dollars! I was in shock but also trying not to spend money. Then we headed off for our dinner reservations at 7:00.

We got to the Eagle's Next, which was absolutely amazing. It really is beautiful up there, and it was a really great night to be eating there. If you don't know, it's the rotating restaurant on top of the Hyatt. We went around the city twice, and we got to see the sun set. It was gorgeous. I had chicken cordon bleu and tiramisu. He had *sniff* mahi mahi and carrot cake. I was sad that he ate mahi mahi, but oh well. After the waiter brought us our bill, he looked at us both and says,

"May I just say that you both have incredibly beautiful eyes!? I mean, first there are his green eyes, and then...yours!!! If you two ever have children, Oh my God!"

It was hilarious. We both carried that on for quite some time after it was over.

Then we left the restaurant and went to his house and watched Goldfinger. I eventually went home at like 12:30. It was a good time.

Today is pretty boring. I haven't done much and I don't know if I'm going to get to see Jordan or not. Tomorrow is a girl's night. And next Thursday, Susan and I are going shopping for our dorm room because we're assuming we're roommates. Anyway I'm going to go, so I'll talk to you later.

The freaking storm is already gone.

Love Always,

Alison
