11:21 am - August 21, 2004 Thursday I went to the girls' soccer game against Southport. They tied, but I think they probably should have won. Had the ref not been totally for Southport's side, then it would have been okay. Oh well. It's a good way to start the season. Later that evening, I went to Jonathan and Joy's house with Susan, Emily, and Brian. (Yes, with an I.) We played cards, watched the Olympics, and played Capture the Flag at like 11:30 at night. Emily and Brian are cheaters! Yesterday was my day at the spa. I went to the bank and put some money in and then got gas for the Jeep and then headed off to the spa. I got there, filled out some paperwork, and then had my 30 minute massage. It was great. It's a lot different than I thought it would be. But it was good for my shoulders. They're always so tense. After that, I went for my facial, which was lovely. It's kind of strange, having someone rub your face for so long, but it was nice. She did my shoulders too. Then I went and had my nails done, and she was really particular that I be very careful with touching things, which seemed odd to me because it's not like they were wet. I did everything normally, and nothing chipped or anything. I went to Plato's after that and bought two more shirts. Their selection wasn't as good as it usually is but I like the two shirts that I got. Both American Eagle, and I know that Susan has one of them, so we can be twins. I came home and was really lazy for a while. Eventually Brian called, and I went to his house in stinking New Pal. It was me, him, Joy, Emily, Steve, Nikki, B Ford, Zach, Amanda, and Lani. We did a lot of nothing, really. Emily and I dressed up in Brian's clothes, and we all had his boxers on for a little bit. We played cards and looked at like, the world's most disturbing website ever. Steve and I wouldn't look at half of the stuff and eventually felt so claustrophobic we had to leave the couch. I came home at like...12:15 or so. Today I plan to pack the rest of my clothes. Which might cause me to become depressed, but oh well. I'm out. Love Always, Alison
